Having a passion for art since I was young, I went on to receive a Master of Arts in Drawing and Painting from Central Washington University and a Master of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from The University of Arizona, on a full ride scholarship.  I have taught various Studio Art courses at The University of Arizona, Pacific Lutheran University, and  The Evergreen State College and various Studio Art and Art History courses at Tacoma Community College.  I have shown my work at Foster White Gallery and William Traver Gallery in Seattle, and have been featured in Art in America Magazine July 2000 issue.  I have been showing work regularily at The Black Dog Arts Cafe.  I occasionally create art posters for theatre produtions, art auctions, music venues, etc.  I have also done paintings for theatre productions.  Currently I am working on a large 25' mural for an elementary school.
